We are seeking Production workers to work in a fast-paced manufacturing like environment on an assembly line to produce potted plants and also move plants from one location to another on the farm.

Essential Responsibilities

Potting plants on an assembly line
Apply labels to pots

Moving plants from one location to another

Loading and unloading plants on carts

Spacing plants on the ground

Various other duties required in a farm/greenhouse setting

Essential Skills

Reliable attendance to work

Ability to follow instructions and perform work per company standards including Safety Protocols

Ability to multitask

Work at a fast pace (ability to meet the standard production rate)

Ability to obtain certification to drive low-speed vehicles, preferred

Ability to work a full-time schedule, flexible hours including weekends, holidays and overtime as required

Physical Requirements

Lifting up to 35 pounds repetitively for 8 or more hours/day

Ability to bend, stoop, reach, sit, twist, stand for 8+ hours a day

Ability to use fine motor skills, such as pinching, squeezing, pulling

Ability to work in various weather conditions (heat, cold, wet) and in an environment with dust and allergens

Pushing, pulling rolling/shipping carts weighing up to 1000lbs (75lbs force)

Climb a ladder and ability to work at heights above 6ft.

Ability to obtain certification to drive low-speed vehicles
