🚨 CORPORATE STAFF UPDATE 🚨

Greetings from Grandpa Woody's Farm Headquarters.

The Board of Directors met this week to discuss ongoing operations.

🐷 Daisey and her brother Jackson have filed a formal complaint regarding the recent heat wave.

As a result, management approved additional pool privileges.

Both employees have spent considerable time floating in their private swimming pool and receiving belly rubs.

🐄 Sunny continues to ignore all requests regarding her maternity schedule.

She has not yet had her calf but faithfully reports to the fence every evening around 8:00 PM to moo goodnight before returning to the woods.

🐕 Gus and 🐕 Maci have been notified that bubble baths are scheduled for this weekend.

Gus has retained legal counsel

Macie is excited.

🐈 Charlie, Senior Neighborhood Consultant, stopped by for refreshments this week.

As usual, he offered no explanation for his visit and left immediately afterward.

🐔 Peg remains in training.

While she still finds the flock a little intimidating, management is pleased to report she continues to show up every day and refuses to quit.

🐔 B, Director of Unsolicited Opinions, continues to challenge workplace harmony.

Recent reports indicate that B has been making comments to Peg including:

"Do you need an eye patch to go with those peg legs, Matey?"

Management would like to remind all employees that workplace bullying is not part of company policy.

B has acknowledged the memo and immediately ignored it.

Fortunately, Peg appears completely unimpressed and continues to focus on her job duties.

Current status:

🐔 Peg – Professional

🐔 B – Under observation

🐔 Human Resources (Callie) – Pretending not to notice.

🐑 The sheep department is preparing for annual reorganization as ram lambs and ewe lambs will be separated this weekend.

No one is happy about it.

🎃 Pumpkin Patch Operations reports that the pumpkin seeds have been planted and reservations for October weekends will begin July 1st.

Overall morale remains high.

Snack security remains questionable.

And Daisey is still under investigation.

❤️

Thank you for following the adventures of our wonderfully dysfunctional farm family.

❤️ HAPPY FATHER'S DAY ❤️

Today I have been thinking about Grandpa Woody.

Many of you know his name because of Grandpa Woody's Farm and Pumpkin Patch.

But before he was Grandpa Woody, he was a husband, a father, a grandfather, a friend, and a man of faith.

Like all fathers, he wasn't perfect.

But he showed up.

He worked hard.

He protected his family.

He taught by example.

He loved deeply.

And even years later, the lessons he taught continue to shape the lives of those he loved.

As I think about Woody today, I am also thinking about all fathers.

The role of a father is one of the most important callings God gives a man.

Fathers help children feel safe.

They teach courage, responsibility, integrity, and faith.

They remind us that strength and gentleness can live in the same heart.

A father is often a child's first glimpse of what trust looks like.

The way a father loves, protects, forgives, guides, and cares for his children helps shape how they understand the love of God.

It is through that relationship that many children first begin to understand God the Father, God the Son, our Lord Jesus Christ, and God the Holy Spirit, the Giver of Life.

What a sacred responsibility.

Today I am grateful for the fathers who sacrifice for their families.

The fathers who pray for their children.

The fathers who quietly carry burdens no one else sees.

The fathers who lead by example.

And the fathers who now watch over us from Heaven.

Most of all, I am grateful for our Heavenly Father.

In a world that often feels uncertain, God remains faithful.

HE IS GOOD.

HE IS STRONG.

HE IS FAITHFUL.

HE IS GENEROUS.

HE IS MERCIFUL.

And He never abandons His children.

So today, let's celebrate the dads.

Let's thank them.

Let's pray for them.

And let's remember that every good father reflects, in some small way, the love of our Heavenly Father.

Cheers to the dads.

❤️ Happy Father's Day.

🐦 Wednesday Morning Farm Report 🐦

At exactly 4:00 this morning, all the wild birds on the farm apparently decided it was time for their daily board meeting.

I don't know who was in charge, but judging from the amount of chirping, squawking, and arguing, there were some strong opinions being shared.

It sounded like:
"Bluebirds, you're on bug patrol!"
"Robins, check the garden!"
"Swallows, mosquito duty!"
And then somebody clearly disagreed with the assignments.

For a solid 30 minutes, it seemed as though every bird in North Idaho was discussing the day's agenda right outside my bedroom window.

Meanwhile, Daisy slept through the entire meeting, proving once again that management and labor have very different schedules. 😄

Life on the farm is never boring. Between the birds holding committee meetings, two new baby bull calves in the pasture, and Sunny still keeping us all guessing about when she'll have her calf, there's always something happening at Grandpa Woody's.

What's the earliest a bird has ever woken YOU up?

❤️ God is Good.
💪 God is Strong.

🐑 LOOKING FOR A FEW GOOD FAMILIES 🐑

At Grandpa Woody's Farm, some of our sheep are ready to start their next adventure.

We currently have:

🐑 Moms and babies

🐑 Rams

🐑 Wethers

These aren't meat sheep.

These are sheep raised for families, starter farms, homesteads, wool, companionship, and natural landscaping.

There is something peaceful about looking out your window and seeing sheep grazing in the pasture.

They don't bark.

They don't mow over your flowers.

They simply go about their day turning grass into smiles.

❤️

Many of our sheep have been raised around people, children, dogs, and the daily activity of farm life.

If you've ever dreamed of having your own little homestead, teaching your children about farm animals, or letting nature take care of your landscaping, sheep might be exactly what you're looking for.

Send us a message if you'd like more information.

We'd love to help you find the right sheep for your family.

🐑❤️

🚨 BREAKING NEWS 🚨

Management would like to report that Daisey made an unscheduled appearance at the swimming pool today.

After greeting all the swimmers, she proceeded to collect belly rubs from complete strangers.

Several visitors commented that she was adorable.

Management would like to remind everyone that appearances can be deceiving.

Recent developments indicate that Daisey has now learned how to unlock the doggy door.

This has resulted in multiple unauthorized entries into the residence and several cabinet inspections.

Current Status:

🐷 Belly Rubs: Collected

🐷 Cabinet Security: Compromised

🐷 Remorse: None

Authorities believe Daisey may be evolving.

The investigation remains ongoing.
