A fantastic weekend was had at the Washington Reining Horse Association show in Wenatchee, Washington, last weekend. There were many new faces and some familiar faces of founding members of Hilderbrand Performance Horses. Proud of all the team competitors.

Also winning :
*3rd Place to A Savage Love- Kennah owned by Kathy Ponozzo - ridden by Clay Hilderbrand in Gents class
*Open Derby wins on Born A Shining Star - Thea placing in the money in Open level 1 and Level 4
*Beginner rider 3rd place finisher Shelby Felix on her mare Sparkandboonsmal- Scully
And some really good rides for up and comers , youth rider Londyn Maccomas, and Kailey Oliver

The mares this last week at nampa really stepped up to the plate. Im so lucky to have to opportunity to show these wonderful mares.
"Scully" gave me her heart in the show pen and as ive not had this mare very long I know shes going to be one heck of a mare to have in the barn.
""Thea" Born a shining star had heck of a show. Wining the novice horse level 3 nd placing in the money almost every class she showed in for her owner Mikalah Marbach
"Mazie" im stealing chex rode hard for her owner Cassy Davis placing in the top 5 in the rookie shootout. Then the next day running hard for me in the novice horse derby.
"Kennah" A savage love had a success debut in the show pen running in the red shirt futurity. I would keep an eye on her as shes going to get seasoned and really be a successful show mare for owner Kathy Ponozzo

More success in the show pen today at the WRHA Spring Fling! Hilderbrand Performance Horses took 1st and 2nd in the Open Maturity Level 4 Class today.

Bringing home the shiny buckle and a check is ⭐️ SPARKANDBOONSMAL ⭐️, aka Scully, owned by Shelby Felix and ridden by Clay.

Coming in second, also shown by Clay, and bringing home a snazzy cavesson, 2 curb straps, and a check is ⭐️ ARC MAGNUM PI ⭐️. ARC Magnum PI is owned by Kenzie Johnston.

Both horses put down solid, smooth runs and are adding money to their LTE’s. HPH is so proud of the horses willingness to perform and their owners commitment to the program.

Thank you to Patti Marcotte for trusting Hilderbrand Performance Horses with her 11 year old elegant purebred Arabian mare, ⭐️ DB Treasurd Possesion ⭐️, aka Jewel. Jewel came to HPH, full of s***k and fire, with no reining experience as an 8 year old aged mare. She has developed into a beautiful Reiner, and has kept that perky personality too!

Jewel, piloted by Clay in the Gentlemen to Ride Class at the WRHA Spring Fling, just brought home her first check and has begun her LTE’s! Congratulations to Patti and Jewel!!

Congratulations to ⭐️ Sparkandboonsmal ⭐️ , aka Scully, for winning the WRHA Gentlemen to Ride Class with Clay at the WRHA Spring Fling! Scully, a talented 8 year old mare, is proudly owned by Shelby Felix.

This was Scully’s first class of the year! We are sure winning this beautiful belt buckle, and adding money to her LTE, is just the beginning for Scully in this upcoming show season!

Ava Bush put together a standout season for the Cowgirls in Reining. The junior finished with a 9-2 record, earned All-Big 12 honors and collected two MOPs along the way. Bush also recorded a career-high score of 74.5 against Baylor, highlighting her elite performance throughout the season.
