Dream Sickle IPA- This amazing brew is different from anything on the New Mexico craft beer scene. To the best of our knowledge, it’s the only “milkshake IPA” produced in the Land Of Enchantment. Remember this? Riding your bicycle chasing the ice cream truck to get that orange and vanilla confection off the truck. Brewed with juicy hops, sweet orange peel, lactose for creaminess, and aged on organic vanilla- You can still have that combination in an adult beverage. Available in six packs around the area and available on tap. We are fine tuning our new web page, we will have a beer location map up very soon. Cheers!

Here's a preview of some of the sale highlights tomorrow from 10am to 4pm at the brewery, 33808 US Highway 64 at the Raton Airport in the old armory building. PA system, commercial kitchen equipment (that works as well at home!) books, board games, etc. And don't forget we've got deep discounts on cases of beer as well!

We are having a "garage sale" at the brewery this Saturday, March 7, 2026 10am to 4pm. Tool boxes, printers, electronic equipment, games, books, etc. from our Cimarron tap room. In addition we are offering big discounts on cases of Oktoberfest, Dunkel, Pilsner, Biscochito Stout, & Kolsch. We have some big news from this week: We have signed a distribution agreement with Admiral Beverage to distribute Blü Dragonfly beer throughout New Mexico. Currently within their distribution system: Dreamsickle IPA, That Other IPA, Hatch Chile Amber, Luchador Mexican Lager, and Rayado Red Irish Red Ale. We are looking forward to a great partnership with our friends at Admiral. If you are in the immediate vicinity of the brewery, stop by and grab some beer to go. We are running some early year case specials on Munich Dunkel, Kolsch, Pilsner, Biscochito Stout, and Oktoberfest.
