Hello PAINT N SIPPERS!! Who wants to paint a sea turtle????

First, a huge THANK YOU to all who came to the last paint n sip that was a fundraiser for Steven. I am so happy to tell you all that Steven and Amy went through the transplant of her kidney to him on Monday, and both are doing great. There is a long road to recovery ahead for that young man, but he is doing great! I am grateful to all who attended. Kudos to you all, as well as the Ravena Fire Department, for the delicious food provided and the wonderful volunteers who helped make my day the most enjoyable!

Sunday update... We are having our open mic today @ 1-4pm and will continue to be scheduled for the last Sunday of the month as long as there is participation. Sunday Funday Bingo will return next Sunday starting @ 2pm and will happen on the First Sunday of the month.

If you happen to be available from 6-8pm this evening, stop by Rail to River and take in the amazing musical talent of WILL PROPER! It's always a treat when Will takes over the music corner. We even get him to add a couple of extra songs at the end.
I will be there selling chances to win a roll of 50 - $10 scratch-off tickets as a fundraiser for Steven Reed. A young man near and dear to my heart. Drawing will be on May 22nd, 7pm at R2R. You don't have to be present to win.
A little back story. Steven is in stage 5 kidney failure and is currently receiving dialysis at Albany Med while he waits for a kidney. He is 22 years old. There is great hope that he will be getting a transplant sometime this year in NYC. The funds raised will help defray the cost of living expenses and treatments, along with other things, during this time.
It is a stressful and expensive journey, and this community is stepping up to embrace this young man during this time. He is very grateful and humbled by the outpouring of support from each of you.
So if you have a minute, come see some amazing live music....no cover fees at R2R, and if you have a spare $10 bill, see me while you are there and take a chance to win!
Steve will also have tickets available at the bar if I am not there. So if you can't make it tonight perhaps you can stop in and grab one any time R2R is open.

ATTN PAINT N SIPPERS

Welcome to SPRING! Let's have some fun painting this colorful flower-filled red truck together. This is for alllllllllll levels of painters.
This is a "Tracy Tracer," which means the image will be on the canvas when you arrive! Blank canvas will be available if you don't care for a traced one. :)

There will be two classes to choose from for this spring truck.

Sunday, April 12th, from 6:30-8:30pm (or later if needed). Doors open at 6pm so you can come and find a seat, get a drink, and mingle. :)

Wednesday, April 15th, from 6:30-8:30pm (or later if needed). Doors open at 6pm so you can find a seat, grab a drink, and mingle. :)

Cost is $25 per painter and includes everything you need to create this beautiful 12x16 piece!
Cash bar will be available, and feel free to bring something to snack on if you care to.

I'm looking forward to all my happy familiar faces as well as new painters. Making memories together is #1!
