Steak Bites: Slow Cooker Style

Steak Bites are always at the top of the request list and part of our routine supper reperatoire. Arrow J Beef Stew Meat is an easy cut to use for any steak bite or beef tip recipe.

Most of the time we like our steak bites cooked up in some garlic butter in the cast iron skillet. But for the days that I need supper ready and waiting for us, this is my go to recipe. I love it becuase it is SO EASY to whip together and toss in the crock pot. But it doesn't compromise the taste or texture.
