Did you forget? Every deer season and youth day venison processing order has been contacted for pick up at least twice. We must have these orders out of here so we can shut down our freezers. Open Mon - Thurs 10 AM to 5 PM, Fri 9 to 1. Please bring a cooler.
DONE! Every venison order is completed and has been texted for pick up. That includes all Youth Day and New Year's Day orders. If you didn't get a text, call us because your order is finished.
Until Aug. 15th, we're open Monday - Thursday 10 AM to 5 PM. Friday mornings 9 AM to 1 PM. No nights or weekends!

Trapped Pigs - We can skin & clean them by appointment only. Call us BEFORE you kill pigs in a trap.
Wild hunted pigs - field dress or wash, skin, quarter to bring in during operating hours.

Sat. Jan. 7 is the last open on the weekend day for picking up meat. We are open 9 AM to 8 PM for Youth Day hunters too!

Unloading some big gators today! These folks are taking advantage of our Sunday morning hours for September 12,19,26 and October 3rd.
Last night’s gator unloading! If you get one after closing, cover him with bags of ice and bring him first thing in the morning. Open on Sundays too for Sept. 19, 26 and October 3rd.
Wynter and 2By are making linked venison sausage today. Linked sausage can be made in 10 different flavors. Cordray Brothers, hot, mild, maple , bratwurst, chorizo, onion and 2 different Italian flavors - sweet, zesty and hot. There’s a 10 lb. minimum for each flavor.
Venison burger can be made into premade frozen patties. The patties are separated by paper so they’re easy to crack apart to cook just how many you need. You can order them (10lb minimum) in any burger flavor: plain, bacon, jalapeño, onion, bacon & onion, bacon & jalapeño, or jalapeño & onion.
