Wynter and 2By are making linked venison sausage today. Linked sausage can be made in 10 different flavors. Cordray Brothers, hot, mild, maple , bratwurst, chorizo, onion and 2 different Italian flavors - sweet, zesty and hot. There’s a 10 lb. minimum for each flavor.
