Bad news first: We won’t have any beans probably until Tuesday, we have about 2 big quarts on the stand right now.

Good news: We have a limited supply of sweet corn on the stand today! It’s 25 cents an ear or 5/$1. We are open until 7!

Open until 7 with plenty of beans and tomatoes that we just picked! Our beans will now have the occasional yellow wax bean thrown in.

There’s also a $3 bag of reduced beans in the bean bin! They’re fine, just a little older.

We’re open and fully stocked with freshly picked green beans, peppers, and tomatoes!

Well, what can you say when winds knock down your corn? Unfortunately, our little field corn group was lost to wind, and we won’t have super tall cornstalks this season. The field corn we have left will hopefully do ok and we can get corn from it. It’s a shame.

We have never seen this kind of knockdown before, and we’re not sure how to prevent it. We think it was just a freak occurrence.

We lost about a row of sweet corn, but otherwise it’s fine, so that’s the upside.

The stand is open until 7 and we have a lot of tomatoes and beans!
