We have a NEW vegetable on the stand today!

These giant Japanese eggplant can be used just the same as Italian eggplant or in stir fries or roasted and turned into baba ganoush. The possibilities are endless! Eggplant also freezes well.

The rest of the stand is fully stocked with the last of the big tomatoes, and we also have plenty of peppers, basil, green beans (including 3 lb bags), and tiny tomatoes.
