Two batches are sitting in the fridge waiting to be enjoyed! On the left is a Norther Brewer Smashing Pumpkin Ale, just in time for the fall season and Halloween. To the right is my reformulated Hoppy Chimp Black RyePA, which is an IPA featuring rye as a main grain and a load of hops. With an approximate IBU of around 90 and a 7.8% ABV, this beer will please any hop-head! Both turned out well and are ready to enjoy. Let me know if you interested in trying either of these brews. Cheers!

Fall brewing season called for a little upgrade! As an alternative to bottling I'll now be set up to keg homebrew batches. I will likely be ordering some growlers soon so I can still share my batches with you all (or better yet you can come fill your own)! I have two batches I will be bottling within the next week: NB's Smashing Pumpkin Ale and my revamped Hoppy Chimp Black RyePA. Next on the brew list will be a late fall, early winter seasonal brew and my Equinox IPA that I didn't have anyone sample but I assure you was splendid! Until next time...cheers!

Hey everyone! Sorry I haven't posted in a while. Brewing took a back seat to work and a busy second half of the summer. Fall brewing is upon us and I've got a jump already with two batches fermenting away as we speak! The first is a kit batch called Smashing Pumpkin Ale which is a perfect fall brew from Northern Brewer. The second is a redesigned original recipe of my Hoppy Chimp Black RyePA, which is a high ABV, citrus-packed black IPA with a surprising malt character. Stay tuned for updates if either of these brew peak your interests. Cheers!

Hope everyone has been doing well lately. I just wanted to remind anyone who was interested that I have my Sin Bin IPA and a Belgian blonde ale ready to go for anyone wanting to try them. Let me know if interested! Also stay tuned for upcoming brews such as the Equinox IPA I'll be brewing tomorrow. Cheers!

Coming soon: Equinox IPA.
This experimental batch I will soon be brewing will be a classic style IPA fully showcasing a hop relatively new to the brewing community. The Equinox hop at first gives off notes of tropical fruit, papaya, and mango. Then, a very interesting flavor of what some describe as fruity green pepper comes through to create a very perplexing taste. This paired with a little Citra hop addition for aroma will hopefully come together to make a very unique brew showcasing this mysterious hop. Stay tuned!

Happy Friday everyone! Just posting to let everyone know I have a batch of my Sin Bin IPA ready as well as a batch of a Belgian Blond Ale. The IPA is a simple yet tasty IPA featuring four of my favorite hops that really comes together nicely in the form of a refreshing, non-aggressive IPA. The Belgian Blond is also a tasty, simple brew. I haven't dealt much with Belgian beers but I feel I came close to what I was going for. A very easy drinking, light, summery-feeling beer with good carbonation. I feel it is a good beer for anyone who is a "light beer only" drinker that would be interested in trying a craft ale. Let me know via Facebook or text if you are interested! Cheers.

Hope everyone is having a good Memorial Day. Thought I'd post an update on what's going on at BBC. Pictured is what I currently have rolling and what is next. If all turns out I should have a batch of blond ale, a nice IPA, and a remastered stout ready all within the next 2-3 weeks. Let me know if you're interested! Also, if you have a favorite style of beer you like that I haven't been making, comment below or let me know! I'm always up for researching and building new recipes. Until next time, cheers. 🇺🇸

These two brews will be finished bottle conditioning within a few days, so the labels are going on! It's been a while since I've had some beer ready for drinking, but the wait was worth it. My Black Mill Stout is an original recipe milk stout, so it has a sweet, roasty taste and a creamy mouthfeel. Any dark beer drinker will most likely enjoy this one. On the right is my science project called Hoppy Chimp. It's a black RyePA, which I can only describe as a very cool brew featuring the hop profile of an IPA but also showcasing an almost jet-black color and roasted notes of a stout. The hops lend an excellent hoppy combination that lends the beer a very welcoming fruity, sweet hint. It's a very unique beer inspired by Firstone's Wookey Jack Black RyePA that any craft beer drinker with a pallet appreciative of hop flavor can enjoy. Both of these turned out well, and I'd be happy to share! Just let me know via Facebook or text if you would be interested in trying either!

Happy Tuesday! It's been a while since I've posted. This is because between a couple brewing goofs, work, and travel I haven't had any beer ready lately! Currently I have another try of my Hoppy Chimp Black ryePA in secondary (dry hopping). I also just brewed a milk stout last evening! Another batch of my Sin Bin IPA will get brewed in likely within the week and shortly thereafter I'll be brewing the final, hopefully perfected recipe of my Sioux Stout! There is beer on the horizon, so stay tuned!

Hey everyone. Just a reminder in case you missed my last post that I have a new batch of stout that is ready to go! Message, comment, or even text me if you want to try some. I can't get you the good stuff if I don't know you want some so let me know! Aside from that, there are three upcoming batches I want to touch on!
-Hoppy Chimp Black RyePA: a unique IPA recipe, inspired by Firestone Walker Brewing Co.'s famous Wookey Jack RyePA. With a robust hop profile and a grain bill that displays atypical grains (dark and roasty) for an IPA, this beer hopefully will be an amazing one to crack open. A very interesting and delicious take on an IPA! Estimated to be ready to drink by the very beginning of March.
-Sin Bin IPA: my second batch of my smooth first attempt at an IPA. Same recipe (with two minor tweaks). Very pleasing and drinkable IPA! Should be ready by mid to late March.
-Black Mill Milk Stout: my first attempt at a milk stout. This beer will be creamy, heavy, smooth, and have a nice sweetness to it while displaying a dark and roasty character stouts are known for. If you aren't a fan of the dark beers, the smooth drinkability of this may change your tastes! I'm expecting to brew this batch within the next week!
Thanks for taking the time to check out what I have going on. As aforementioned, get in contact with me if you or anyone you know would be interested in trying any of the beer I have. Cheers!
