It's a little breezy, but the clouds have pushed out on us. Come on out and check out the beef that we have available. Grab some jerky for the ride home, or get some meat for your freezer. We're set up at the Blue Catfish tonight until 8pm. We will be back again tomorrow from 8am until at least noon.

With school schedules ramping back up, we are once again looking for help to sell our beef at our local pop up locations. Fridays and every other Monday right now, but there's always potential to set up other locations and dates. Please reach out if you are interested in helping out.

Today is the day to get yourself hooked up with some delicious farm fresh beef. Get some burgers for grilling, brisket for smoking, or just fill up your freezer to last you awhile. We also have farm fresh, unwashed eggs available. SPECIAL FOR TODAY, we will be testing out extended hours for Saturdays. We will remain set up at The Blue Catfish outside of Raymond until 1:30 or 2. We have a quarter beef available at the Wahoo Locker now. You still have time to give them your own cut instructions too. Grass raised, grain finished. Let me know if you want to get some home raised beef for your freezer.

Monnier Meat Market has 3 beef available going to the Wahoo Locker for processing on July 14th. Can be sold by the quarter, up to the whole animal. Prices based on live weight and current market value. Buyer pays processing. Calves are finished on grain, no added hormones and antibiotic free at the time of processing. $100 deposit per quarter required to hold the beef. Let me know if you want on our list or want to try some of our beef before committing.

With a lot of brainstorming and some help, we finally have a sign on display at the Blue Catfish outside of Raymond. We are set up right next to this sign every Friday and Saturday. Stop out and see us for your farm fresh, locally raised beef or farm fresh eggs.

We are once again set up at the Blue Catfish. The rain has passed thru, so hopefully it's smooth sailing from here on out. Our hours tonight are now til 8pm, and tomorrow from 8am-noon. Stop out and get your farm fresh beef and unwashed eggs for your fridge, or pick up something tasty up for Dad this weekend.

We are setting up again tonight at the Blue Catfish. Stop out to get your farm fresh beef and unwashed eggs. We even got a few steaks in the truck tonight too. As well as our 7 different flavors of beef jerky. We will be here til 8pm, and again tomorrow from 8am til noon.

We are once again set up at the Blue Catfish. Stop out and see us before the rain rolls in. We have all of our available cuts locked and loaded (and still frozen) ready for a nice warm grill or skillet at your house or campsite. We also have our farm fresh unwashed eggs available as well.
