Okay, I have to admit…this might be my favorite one yet!!!! 🤤🍕

Welcome back to another episode of Hold the Dough, where I’m reimagining pizza one unexpected base at a time.

SO many of you suggested I try sweet potato for the crust after my episode with the potato slices so obviously I had to give it a shot! I decided to go with a BBQ chicken situation this time and YOU GUYSSS… sweet potato + BBQ chicken + ranch was SO good 🥰

Here’s how I made it:
1. Slice a sweet potato thin lengthwise.
2. Rub with olive oil and season with salt, pepper & garlic powder.
3. Bake at 425°F until the sweet potato is tender and starting to crisp, flipping halfway through.
4. Remove from the oven and top with BBQ sauce, pulled BBQ rotisserie chicken, bacon, cheddar cheese, red onion & mozzarella cheese.
5. Bake again until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
6. Drizzle with homemade ranch & serve!
