Happy belated New Year! It’s going to be a great year. This year we will have chickens for pre sale. We will get them in March and they will be ready 8-10 weeks after. Our chickens run 6-7lbs at 8 weeks and 9-10lbs at 10 weeks. That’s a dressed out weight. We will also have grass fed grass finished beef this year, fed on certified organic field. Also turkeys again in the fall. So if anyone is interested or has questions please let me know. Still figuring out prices.

TURKEY TIME is upon us. Will be weighing this weekend and will harvest accordingly. For those that have purchased turkeys I will be getting in touch to let you know when to pick up. You can pick up unfrozen or frozen. I will need them picked up fairly quickly. This has been fun I have enjoyed these little characters!! Happy holidays yall!!

TURKEY UPDATE! All are looking great! They are running from about 17lbs to 22lbs currently. Likely we will process in a couple batches to allow the smaller ones to put on more weight. Also I think they will be ready early likely October. It’s been fun. They are such funny characters.
