Thank you Hillsboro for another great market, we almost had a total sell out weekends!!

Stand up date: bread and buns are sold out at the I’ll try and do a restock if I get a chance for tomorrow of bread but I have to check my wheat stash my azure order was delayed till tomorrow and I was running extremely low after all the baking this week.

How to cook freshly milled whole wheat noodles:
boil salted water or broth
Add noodles and cook for for 10-12 min or till tender
(Fresh milled noodles will be a little denser because all 3 parts of the grain remain in the finished product)
If making beef or chicken and noodles and cooking in broth add in your meet or cook the noodles with the meet all together. If cooking in water drain noodles. We tossed them in garlic and butter before topping with sauce and meatballs for added flavor. We would love to know how you served them up!
