A Marine Corps veteran and passionate chef dedicated to bringing bold, gourmet taco flavors to Kansas City. As a former parachute rigger with a 2012 deployment to Afghanistan, I served in an Air Delivery unit at Camp Pendleton, CA, where I also achieved company iron. Following my military service, I pursued my love for cooking by attending culinary school in California. After developing my unique

culinary skills, I returned to Kansas City to launch Taco Fuego KC, blending my formal French cuisine training with the flavors and techniques I learned from my mother and father. I'm a Christian family man along with my wife Alyssa and our five children, we are proud members of the Let’s Chow team Committed to serving their community through food pantries, soup kitchens, and church outreach programs as we follow our journey. With Taco Fuego KC, their mission is simple! Create the best taco bite Kansas City has ever seen while giving back to those in need!

Belton community, we got you 🤍

We’re out at Cambridge Elementary serving FREE beef tacos to anyone in need and all the amazing volunteers helping after the tornado.

This community has shown up in such a big way, and we’re just grateful to be a small part of it. It truly takes a village… and Belton is proving that 🥺🫶

Huge THANK YOU to every single volunteer out here giving your time, energy, and heart you are seen and appreciated more than you know.

And a special shoutout to Heart N Hand Ministry for donating all the food being served today 🙌 none of this would be possible without you!
