We specialize in custom cuts of USDA Prime & USDA Choice Black Angus beef, trimmed to your preference. Our loyal customers have been with us since the beginning, over 38 years ago. They like our personal service and have become part of THE STORE family. THE STORE has a great selection of secret recipe house-made sausages and ready-to-cook delicacies, including:

• Cajun andouille, sweet or spicy Italian, savory Polish and hearty country breakfast sausages.
• Bacon-wrapped pork, chicken or beef rolls, ready for the barbeque or the oven.
• Fresh beef or chicken skewers and delicious steak nites, perfect for a cookout.
• Easy side dishes like stuffed mushrooms and twice-baked potatoes for dinner in a hurry.
• You have to try our famous squealers! Prime sirloin patties ground together with smoky bacon. They make the best burger in the known universe!

Did you know Pollard's Meat Market participates in Missouri's Share the Harvest program? 🦌 Our team processes donated deer to help provide venison to local food banks and pantries for families in need.

We're the only participant in Jackson County, Missouri & the next closest STH processor is 35+ miles away!

We donated 2,675(!!!) pounds of deer meat in 2025/2026!
