It’s been a while since our last update, and we are thrilled to share that we have relocated to a new facility and acquired our second commercial mill from Austria. This all-in-one mill simplifies our operations by grinding, sifting, and sorting flour, meal, and grits. Hallelujah! We are excited to soon restart our distribution of the freshest non-GMO cornmeal and grits to our local area and beyond. We appreciate your ongoing support of our farm family.

We are always dreaming big. Who would be interested in fresh milled non gmo wheat flour for all their bread making? Sourdough is huge right now and nothing would make it taste better than fresh flour.

We understand this would contaminate our mill for celiacs but rest assured we have you covered and would have a separate mill and bagging area for gluten and non gluten products.
