A limited savory wine pairing for this weekend only!

We’re offering Gorgonzola, walnut, balsamic onion tarts made by Excelsior Boulangerie — rich, savory, slightly sweet, and a beautiful match for a glass of Missouri wine.

These are available in limited quantity while they last, making them a perfect addition to a slow afternoon or an intentional evening at the winery. They pair very well with either Missouri Norton or our Chardonel Vintners Reserve.

We do have a limited quantity so make plans to enjoy one while they’re here.

We’re proud to be part of The Winemaker’s Table — an intimate wine experience inside the historic Hall of Waters on Friday, June 12.

Guests will enjoy reserve wines, curated small bites, and conversations with local winemakers about the craft, pairings, vineyard stories, and the details behind each pour.

This is a limited-ticket evening designed for those who appreciate Missouri wine at a deeper level.

Lots to look forward to this May here at the winery.

Our May pizza special is the Crab Rangoon Pizza — a wood-fired favorite with rich, savory flavor and just the right touch of sweetness.

And for summer, two guest favorites are back on the menu: Southwest Pizza and Jalapeño Popper Pizza.

Even better, our summer hours have returned. We’re now open until 9 PM on Fridays and Saturdays, giving you more time to settle in, order a bottle, and make an evening of it.
