October’s pizza special is kind of a Big Dill.

Meet The Big Dill — white sauce, chicken, bacon, dill, and plenty of dill pickles.
It’s creamy, salty, tangy, and just weird enough to work really well. Pair it with a dry white like our Blanc de Blanc to really round out the pairing.

If you’re a pickle person, this one’s a pretty big deal.

AI generated flyers are getting out of hand! We're going a little simpler with this new w**e release: crayons. Luckily, the w**e is a little more serious.

Our new port-style w**e, The Patriarch, is made with Chambourcin and Norton and fortified with brandy. Rich, bold, and we promise, unlike the AI Flyers, it looks much better in person.

Print off this page, color it and bring it into the Tasting Room for a complimentary taste of this new w**e! Best one will get a prize at the end of the wekend. (This weekend only)

September’s pizza special is The Hot Goat — white sauce, bacon, goat cheese, balsamic onions, and a drizzle of hot honey to finish it off.

And before you say, “I don’t like goat cheese”… give this one a shot. Between the bacon, sweet onions, and hot honey, it all comes together really well without the goat cheese taking over.

It’s sweet, salty, a little tangy, a little spicy, and pairs well with a dry white w**e thats a little on the fruity side like Ridge Run White.

This month’s pizza special is Gary’s Tuscan!

Gary spent years with us making pizzas and keeping just about everything around here running. Even though he’s retired now, he still stops in regularly for a pizza — and this one is his creation.

Gary’s Tuscan is his take on our Tuscany, swapping in a pesto and creamy white sauce base for a fresh, flavor-packed twist on an old favorite.
