Next Phase Rugby 7s Shootout

Join us on Sunday, September 22, 2024, for RugbyPA’s Fall 7s Round 2 hosted by Berks County Rugby! This event will feature some of the best high school boys and girls rugby teams in Pennsylvania.

🍔 Concessions: Great food and drinks available

🎁 Raffle Baskets: Prizes from local businesses

Today was such a wonderful event put on by the amazing She literally put her sweat, tears and WHOLE 💚 to make it happen. All the instructors brought the energy. Lifted tea kits are OFFICIALLY here!!! They can be mailed, delivered (within reason) or you pick up from me.

Our first ✌🏼 flavors are:

Gummy Bear, a blend of strawberry & watermelon

Ocean Wave, a blend of blue blast & blue raspberry.

All kits include a single serving of tea, aloe, a liftoff tablet and sugar free drink mix. We supply you with everything but the cup!! They can be made hot or cold, it's your choice 😁

It's been ✌🏼 weeks and we have missed you guys!!! We will be shaking things up at Trout Run Sports Complex for an exciting day of rugby 🏉 All three levels will be playing if you wanted to see what the sport is about.

We will have shakes, teas, iced coffee and protein balls, while supplies last. We will be donating a portion of the profit to the ❤️
