I have been living with MYASTHENIA GRAVIS DEGENERATIVE NEUROMUSCULAR and autism since I was one year old. My parents made the difficult decision to move to the United States after being told in Puerto Rico that I had no chance of survival due to a tumor behind my heart. Since arriving here in 2012, I have undergone multiple surgeries and treatments, including a cornea transplant that saved my vision. Now, I need a life-saving stem cell transplant in Atlanta, Georgia, to help reset my immune system and stop the progression of my disease.
