Over the past two years we've brewed countless pilot batches and experimented with so many different ingredients while planning our brewery and trying to perfect our craft; it's nice to find the time to get back to the basics and brew and enjoy one of the original recipes that sparked this dream.

Recently brewed up our flagship Djali IPA on the pilot brewhouse (AKA the garage), and its tasting just as fresh and refreshing as ever on this summer night. Can't wait to share this brew with the rest of the world.

Uhh Ohh is a complex double dry-hopped IPA boasting an intricate wheat-based grain bill and a MASSIVE dose of hops ranging from Amarillo to Mosaic to El Dorado. Did you miss us?? After a brief social media hiatus due to the birth of our beautiful baby boy, Gypsy Soul Brewing is back in full force! We have still been working hard behind the scenes and striving towards our 2018 opening!

This green spread is a healthy dose of Citra and Nelson Sauvin hops being added to the latest batch of our flagship Djali IPA. Want to try it? You're in luck! We will be pouring Djali along with a variety of other brews at the Smoke in the Valley beerfest in Seymour CT on 10/7! Come out for a great time with great people and great beer! Pour at the Shore had some crazy weather, but we still had a great time with great beer and great people yesterday! Congrats to all the homebrew winners and much respect to everyone who braved the storm to show their support for a great community.

Regardless of the weather it is always a good time sharing brews and feedback with new friends and old. Great seeing everyone! Spirit Brewing Co.
