Sunday June 21 at 9:21. Today only I Want to highlight some good size heads of our red leaf. Lettuce heads are a one day at a time. What doesnt sell we use ourself or give to chickens so these ones are today only. Also some nice dollar and 2 dollar size onions. A few other things. Next corn patch picking is about a week away. Smaller Cantalope melons coming in a little at a time. Great time to buy beets at $3 a lb and cucumbers at $2 a lb. 22475 Gilmore Ranch Rd in Red Bluff 8am-6pm. If it’s your first time yes it’s the small yellow shed. Open the door and look inside.

Saturday June 20th at 10:21 am. Onions sizing up at $2 $1 or 50 cents. Lots of great turnips and beats at $3 a lb. Lots of snacking and slicing cucumbers at $2 a lb. A few Cantalope type melons small but good at $4 each. Fresh basil and cilantro. Head lettuce still left. It’s my green variety very good smaller but only $2 a head. 22475 Gilmore Ranch Rd in Red Bluff 8am-6pm daily. If you are a first time customer not recommended by an existing customer it’s the little yellow building by the road with the chalkboard door. Open the door and look inside. Occasionally we get customers who drive up and never get out of the car. If you just get out open the door and look you will likely be glad you came and be back again throughout the summer. It’s not big and fancy but it’s clean well set up and allows me to offer fresh produce at a reasonable price by keeping additional costs low.

Friday June 19th. Corn you see is defect corn last picking of first patch. Some at 75 cents some at 50 cents some at 25 cents each depending on defect level. Some Cantalope type melons $4 each small but good not super musky but sweet enough and fresh. Lots of beets $3 a lb and cucumbers $2 a lb. Turnips also really nice at $3 a lb. Still picking corn and onions. And check pics for button blooms arrangements. Some nice soft whites and pinks bouquets and some sunny looking ones with yellows and browns.

Thursday June 18 at 11:48. Late getting the update out today. Plenty of beets cucumbers and turnips left. Great value and quality. Plenty of broccolini and florets. Remember the heat tolerant broccoli has large flower bumps and smaller heads. It’s not past its prime. The leaves are edible too and very good stems also edible and more tender than larger store heads. It’s $4 a lb but broccoli is not heavy 1lb is a lot by volume and doesn’t have woody stems adding weight. Corn sold out. The second patch doesn’t look like it will be ready this weekend. Ears still need to fill out but overall looks better quality even than first patch either way better ear length so far. Tomorrow will pick a few more stragglers from the first patch but check this page if you are looking for the larger supply from the second patch.Cantalope type melons sold out. Not good supply now but soon. Watermelons a week and a half out at least. Gonna go get a few more onions to replace those sold out. Plenty in the field just prefer to pick as needed to avoid waste as they can hold in the field green but after harvested limited time. Roses at $1 a stem and of course Bevs excellent bouquets always professional with a custom twist on every one. $17 each.?

Wednesday June 17 at 9:16am at 22475 Gilmore Ranch Rd in Red Bluff open 8am-6pm. Delicious turnips and beets at $3 a lb with or without the greens. Cucumbers at $2 a lb very good. Cilantro at $1 for store amount. Broccoli florets $4 a lb. Chard $1 a handful. Lettuce limited supply decent sized but not large heads at $2 each. Onions various sizes still immature very good 33 cents up to $2 depending on size. Day old cucumbers at 50 cents a lb min 5 lb on the bottom shelf.
