We will be offering Custom Butchering, Retail Cuts, Wild Game Processing, Specialty Sausages & Smoked Meats.

Thank you for supporting our business!
Last week we were so busy that we sold out of retail and we are currently full with custom and wild game needing to be processed.
Therefore, we will be closed from Monday Oct 5th through Thursday Oct. 8th in order to catch up on all of our processing. We will not be able to take in any wild game this week. Sorry for any inconvenience.
We will be open on Friday and Saturday 9am to 5pm for retail!
Again, Thank you for ALL of the business… it’s a good problem to have!
