Smash burgers are on the grill this weekend! The ground ostrich with added duck makes the perfect burgers!
The farm store is open this morning, Meghan and Lyla have been baking and we have fresh sourdough bread back! We have ground and patties in stock, also ostrich summer sausage in as well. We stopped at the Kentucky Produce Auction this morning too, and will have fresh Sweet Gem seedless watermelons for sale as well...$8 each, and so good!

It's Memorial Day week!
We have ground ostrich with added duck in stock, also duck bacon as well as lots of varieties of ground duck sausage. Great for grilling!
We also have some fresh ostrich eggs available this week, perfect for big breakfasts at the campground!
