Farcarwee Farm Welcome to the farm Farcarwee Farm was established in 1998. After retiring in 2020 we began dedicating more time to the farm.

In 2024 we began to produce gourmet maple syrup in our distinct glass bottles. Soon after we expanded our maple product to include maple coated Almonds and Cashews. The farm has grown to include chicken's for farm fresh eggs and soon we will be introducing our line of "Cluckin' good Soaps" made from all natural ingredients. We pride ourselves on making all natural organic products right here in Red Creek NY.

Work on the inside of the Vardo has started again. We figured out how to make a curved ceiling over the bed and keep the insulation up.
We have one more piece to cut for the ceiling and some trim and the bed area is done. Next the counter and ice box.

Couple of busy days here at the farm.
We finally finished building the pergola.
Chuck came and put a tube in the “lawn” tractor tire, started cleaning out the boat and attacked the old beaver pond.
We put a beaver pipe in earlier in the season and that seems to have discouraged them from making a home. Today we used a grappling hook to pull branches and downed trees out of the pond as well as the rope and gator to get the really big trees out.
Oh yeah and we also have the veggie gardens ready for planting. All in all a good week.

Took us the better part of 2 days, but we got a basic trail through the back 15 acres! Lots of hand clipping, some bush...

Took us the better part of 2 days, but we got a basic trail through the back 15 acres!
Lots of hand clipping, some bush hogging and even the chain saw came out. (ok tractor came out to get the gator unstuck)
Now we can take our time to make a labyrinth of trails that we can use.
