I’ve been procrastinating long enough with the news that Sterling Sugar Shanty is taking a pause from this upcoming maple season. We have some business we need to take care of that needs our full attention. All is good and I apologize to all of our very loyal customers that some, have been with us since day one 15 years ago.

With that being said, we have an amazing substitute for this season. Please check into Rick Chase with Bradt Rd Maple out of Cato. He has a larger production than us so he has anything you need. He has also taken over our woods to keep things going, along with maintaining his own. How lucky are we to have someone so hard working and willing to help us out.
