Due to recent staffing shortages & developments at the Colorado Grill Tex-Mex BBQ unit in Red Feather Lakes Village we are unable to open today Friday, September 10th. This closure will carry over till further notice. We apologize to everyone for any inconvenience this may cause.

Good morning! Beginning this morning Sep 1st we will begin opening for breakfast and lunch every Tue-Thu from 7:00am-2:00pm while our weekend hours will remain the same Fri-Sun from 7:00am to 6:00pm! We will be offering in the next couple of weeks an expanded menu of cheeseburgers, chicken tenders, bratwurst, loaded fries and Bag o’ Burgers which is 2 cheeseburgers, 2 French Fries and 2 canned soda for only $10.00!! Come on down and check it out!

Just want to take a moment to let eveyone know due to some mechanical issues in the unit we were unable to complete the shift Sunday after 11am. When I say we’re supposed to be open closing early, unless we sell out which does happen on an extreme occasions, is never an option. It means a great deal to me to stay open when I say we will when we are as fortunate to have such a large loyal following as all of y’ll very wonderful people. I apologize for any inconveniences this may have caused any one of you. Hope everyone had a great weekend and we’ll see you next weekend bright and early!!!

Howdy all!!!
We’ll be open all weekend long at our Red Feather Lakes location. As a bonus we will also be open Saturday night for the May Day Meltdown concert from 4-10pm. We’ll be serving up a fabulous Tex-Mex BBQ along with cheeseburgers and hotdogs with Mario’s very own Funnel Cake recipe!! To die for!!!! Come on out for the fun!!

Join us for our “soft opening” tomorrow where we will be offering our lunch menu to kick off our summer season at our Red Feather Lakes, CO location. Summer is almost here. See you all soon!!!
