I harvested just over 5lbs of lettuce this morning! 1/3lb bags are only $4 each!!! Come see us at the Quemado Farmers’ Market tomorrow, we will be there from 10am - 2pm with a lot more fresh vegetables right out of our garden!

Update on progress of the lawnmowers/weed eaters. Same spot, about two weeks apart and two runs up and down the row. There are now 5 rabbits working the garden and you can see I am still battling the weeds! (And the squash is battling the heat!)
And….a sneak peak at the lettuce I will be harvesting for Saturday! Stop by the Quemado Farmers’ Market early so you don’t miss out! Also…..since I forgot the basil at home last week (😳) I will bring more this week!

It’s a Bazilapooza!!! If you thought about making fresh Pasto this week come see me at the Quemado Farmers’ Market tomorrow! I had to trim my plants, there is some insect damage but it is FREE for the taking!!! We will be there from 10am-2pm with all your favorite non-gmo pork and fresh vegetables (including LETTUCE finally yay!).

A couple of my weedeaters hard at work this morning! The path on the right was just grazed by the rabbit in the back and I just moved the rabbit in front to the bed on the left. I move the cages down the paths two or three times a day and it takes less than a week for them to mow it clean. This is the best and only way I can stay on top of the weeds around here! 🌱🐇👩🏼‍🌾👌🏼
