Full time, hourly position: identify, wrap, and label all cuts of beef, pork, and venison;
work with speed and accuracy; able to lift 50 lbs. easily; have own transportation; withstand working in a cold environment; clean and sanitize processing room; reassemble meat processing equipment; be punctual; answer the phone; wait on customers; package meat orders; and assist on harvest floor.
