This is how we keep our chickens calm and pest free 😊🍂🌱

Rosemary and Lavender - our friendly little helpers in keeping our chickens happy and calm while laying in their boxes.
Natural oils and fragrance helps with little pests and overall respiratory cleanliness and that’s what we like.
Natural, home grown and simple.

As our new add ons to the flock are staring to lay their eggs, freshly cleaned and prepped nesting boxes is a must!
Welcome our new girls : Soup, Skunk (started to lay little tiny eggs almost two weeks ago- watch out for deep chocolate brown eggs) and Buttercup, Elsa and Popcorn are headed that direction as well, and once they lay we will have EASTER EGG COLORS. 🪺🥚
HOW FUN!

And this year we will keep selling through the winter - just keep an eye out where our little egg station will stand by the farm! - we will keep you updated!

With great joy we are PROUD TO LET YOU KNOW:
We’re transitioning our farmstand to a donation-based model so everyone can access fresh, farm-grown produce while helping sustain our work to fight local food insecurity. 🥬🌱🌻🌽🦊

We’re called to feed our community, and we believe in the power of neighbors supporting neighbors. We love working the soil and sharing the harvest- take what you need and donate what you can. The stand will be open on weekends; any extra produce is donated Monday mornings to St. John’s Food Pantry on Old Post Rd, Red Hook NY 12571.
Thank you for supporting our work and each other. 💕🌱

So please tell your neighbors, friends and strangers that may need some produce- nobody will be turned away and we are happy to provide fresh goods to ALL! 💕🌻💕🦊
