An exciting mating backed by proven maternal performance! U184L is the dam of LRX-TX Marble Crown W515N, who sold for $250,000 at our February 2026 sale.

Our first public offering of this mating, pairing the exciting young Australian sire V0852 with the proven dam of Marble Crown.

We’re proud to share the recent harvest results for LRXF23U193L, LRX-TX Itoshigenami U193L (ET), bred and raised by Landgraf Ranch at Walnut Creek in Red Rock, Texas.

• 15.25-square-inch ribeye area
• 1,442 lb live weight
• 41 months of age at harvest

Sired by Sumo Cattle Co Itoshigenami Q85 and out of SNL L10 Gina 725H, a Mayura L0010 daughter, U193L brings together the Coates Itoshigenami G113 and Mayura L0010 bloodlines. We’ve included his WBVs and pedigree alongside the carcass results for a look at the genetics behind this harvest.

Great news for Wagyu breeders!

We just returned from the American Wagyu Association Conference in Oklahoma City, where genetics, genomic testing and continued advancement of the Wagyu breed were major topics of discussion.

This new $35 DNA testing bundle from the American Wagyu Association is a tremendous opportunity for breeders to gain more genetic information on their cattle at a very affordable cost.

At Landgraf Ranch, DNA verification and genetic selection are an important part of our breeding program, and we’re excited to see tools like this becoming more accessible to Wagyu producers.

We had a great time in Oklahoma City at the 2026 American Wagyu Association Conference. Congrats to the leadership and employees for an excellent conference with great speakers, great food, and great networking. Big changes by the AWA with the move to Oklahoma City, move to Helical, and rollout of the Indexes. Encouraged to see some great candidates step up for open board seats.
