Jarle is back from a break, and will be at your service the whole weekend. For food we will serve you nachos, beef or chicken.
The beer is still flowing and tasting wonderful.
On tap we have Ragnar’s Porch-a juicy ale, Leon’s 50 Hefeweizen, Kilsner Pilsner type Ale, Willkula Coffee Porter, Waterhole Golden Ale, Aaron’s Extra Special Bitter. Big Bad Pale Kolsch, 37K8 IPA, and one more. Our beer has no Fluoride added.

It’s HOT. But we are KOOL at Wild Bunch. And the beers are Cold. And they are delicious.
Big Nate is bringing in the big guns this weekend and adding an extra AC unit at the taproom, so you can stay extra comfortable while enjoying those cold pints in the prairies of Red Rock.
We open at 4-11 Friday, 3-11 on Saturday, and 3-9 on Sunday.
The food menu this weekend features chicken salad wrap with watermelon on the side to cool you down.

Another warm week, and the beers at Wild Bunch are still cold, and delicious. Nate will be at your service all weekend this weekend, and he is cooking up some wonderful BBQ’d chicken.
The meal on Friday will be BBQ chicken with squash and fruit. On Saturday, get ready for chicken salad with brown bread and smoked peach. On Sunday, it’s pizza and some other bbq goodies.
The beers are off the hook.

We at the Wild Bunch want to say Thank You! To everybody who came out to our Dog Days concert last night. The bands, Houseofdogz and The almighty Moondog, delivered great sets of all original music, and you all were there to enjoy it with us. Having those nights now and then really makes us feel like we are doing something worth the while out here on the prairie.
So Thank You again from the bottoms of our hearts.

30 years in the Bottle, to our mouths.
Mo Pair and myself (Jarle) had a band called GRASS in the 90s and on, and when Jarle started homebrewing around the same time (1993), he would brew some of the beer for the band parties we used to throw at Powell Circle in Austin. This bottle was bottled in 1996, and has been kept by Mo's friend Bo (RIP), in a cabinet for 30 years. We taste tested it last Saturday.
Thank you to Travis Bailey, Ray Bailey, Hudson Perry, Aaron Osborne, Bianca Pair, Mo Pair, and Jarle, for taste testing this bottle.
This beer was bottled with priming sugar.
We all thought it was pretty good.

May I have your Attention Please!! Free Show Saturday. Come one, Come All. We are celebrating the dogness of the whole situation this Saturday, August 8th. We have some amazing beers on tap this weekend,and we have Free Live Music by two Amazing, All Original Bands. No cover charge, and No covers. Jarle will be at the bar, Tom will be serving up fried rice with chicken, shrimp, or Tofu (for the vegetarian in you). On Tap, we have Waterhole Gold (Ale with maize and rolled barley), Leon's 50 Hefeweizen, Ragnar's Porch ( a Juicy Ale), Mighty Fine Cream Ale, Big Bad Pale kolsch, ESB (Extra Special Bitter), 37K8 (a west-Coast/Hazy IPA hybrid), Willkula Coffee Porter, Baddie Blonde, and last but not least, Kilsner (a pilsner-like Ale). That's a lot of different beers, and we want you to help us drink them. In fact, we would love for you to come drink them all, so we can Brew Some More. (Howl, Howl, Arf Arf, Bark bark).

Who knew that this young dandy, dapper gent would grow up to be producing some of the most delicious beers using the old-fashioned fire-brewed techniques of our forefathers?
