Today's special (Saturday June 13, 2026) at the Wild Bunch Brewing Company tap room in Red Rock is chicken fajita tacos with a side of refried beans and rice.
Jarle will be serving you in his most expeditious and grateful manner. The beers are good. That Mighty Fine Cream Ale is tasting yummolicious. But then again, so are the rest of the beers, especially that Ragnar.

All this rain is just making everything so beautiful. This weekend at the Wild Bunch Brewing Company tap room at Red Rock, will be a Nate sandwich. Nate is set to work The tap room Friday evening for your pleasure, as well as Sunday. Nate is always grilling something really delicious for our food, and the beers are always of the excellent quality.
On saturday, Jarle will be serving beers, and he will cook on the grill as well.

The weekend is here again. And the Wild Bunch tap room will be open as usual, 4-11 pm Friday, 3-11 pm Saturday,and 3-9 pm Sunday.
We have some all time great beers on tap right now. Come and try that Baddie Blonde.
Tonight, Nate will be making BBQ chicken thighs with green beans and corn on the cob.
Saturday Tom will be serving up Sloppy joes, along with your libations.
Sunday, Jarle will be at the helm and serving beers and Bratwurst with potato salad and sauerkraut.

Things always change.. Nothing stays the same. You might be walking around Lockhart, and suddenly get a Hankerin' for a Wild Bunch beer. But it's Tuesday. The Wild Bunch taproom won't open until Friday....
We have the Solution. Go to .. They have three amazing Wild Bunch beers on tap. And it's a wonderful atmosphere. They have our Kilsner, a light ale, Ragnar's Porch, a juicy ale, and the Big Bad, a pale kolsch.
O'Donnell's Cafe and Pub have the exclusive on Wild Bunch beers at the moment. Go out there and support them, please and thank you. They have some very good food there. And drink some Wild Bunch beers while you are at it.

The weekend is about to fall upon us again. The Wild Bunch tap room is open again, starting today Friday at 4:00 p.m. Come out and taste that Baddie Blonde. It is yummy. Besides the ten other beers we have on tap, all brewed here in the barn.
Tonight, Friday, Monica will be there to serve you, and she'll have chicken enchilada casserole, and serving you beers at your speed. Tomorrow, Saturday the 30th, Nate will be in charge. He will be grilling up some smoked pork loin, summer squash with green chilis and gold potatoes for you to enjoy.
On sunday, Jarle will be in charge.
On the menu will be chicken tinga tacos.
Here at Wild Bunch the grass is greener the views are larger the flavors are more refined, and the people who come here are the most amazing of all. Thank you!

We had a great Comedy Night at the Wild Bunch Brewing Company taproom this past Saturday. Shannon Mugrage warmed us up and cracked us up consistently for 45 minutes, and got us ready for Lando Shepard's hilarious and insightful set. A good time was had by most. Tom cooked up some amazing sausage wraps

We are all ready for a laugh and a beer. And a sausage wrap...and You! Tonight is our comedy show at Wild Bunch Taproom. The doors open at 3, the food will be served at 5, and the comedians take the stage at 7. The show will be indoors, so we don't need to worry about possible cloud juice that might grace our pastures.
We have just tapped out new batch of coffee porter. It's an English-style coffee porter, and we serve it on Nitro. We also have tapped our first batch of the Baddie Blonde, and help us finish the 2705 IPA, so we can tap the 37K8 IPA. They are both West Coast IPAs.
Finally, we have a spruce Small Beer that we brewed for the Bluff Schuetzenfest, and we will be selling pints of that for $4 while supplies last! We probably have 40 pints left of that, so get them while you can.
Come get ready for some laughs!

Today, Friday May 22 is Loaded Fries night at Wild Bunch Brewing Company. Come join Monica and have some pints and a plate of loaded fries, and enjoy the amazingly relaxing atmosphere at Wild Bunch.
We have the new coffee porter (it's English style). We also have introduced the Baddie Blonde.
Also, tomorrow is Comedy Night at Wild Bunch.
