Today we finished and bottled two gallons of apple cider syrup! It's a blend of haralson and honey crisp apples. The Haralson is tart, and the Honey Crisp is sweet, so the combination is amazing! This will go well on pancakes, but also will be very good on smoked meats. It will be available at our next event on December 6 and 13th at 10000 drops distillery in Faribault.

Our 2025 Maple, Black Walnut and Birch Syrup Season has come to a close. We wait all year for Spring Syruping Season to arrive to experience the happiness, the magic, the alchemy and the connections with nature but along with that comes the frustration and the fatigue. We are so lucky to be able to experience all of this and provide our community with products we are proud of.
