Our 2023 Aimée Bollicine Brut was recently awarded the prestigious Golden Bear for Best Sparkling Wine at the California State Fair Commercial Wine Competition—meaning it was judged the top sparkling wine from any region in all of California.

To celebrate, we've created a special Golden Bear Mimosa featuring our award-winning Bollicine. Fresh orange, with a touch of bourbon vanilla.

We’re incredibly proud to announce that our 2023 Aimée Bollicine Brut was awarded the prestigious Golden Bear for Best Sparkling Wine at the 2026 California State Fair Commercial Wine Competition! This puts our Golden Bear total to 5!

These elite awards go to the very best in major categories like Best of Show Red, Best of Show White (which we won twice in 2023 and 2024), Best Sparkling, Best of Show Rosé (we won in 2024), plus the coveted Golden State Winery of the Year (we won in 2024). Think of it as the wine world’s version of winning Olympic gold… but with way better tasting notes.

Our Golden Bear Mimosa is bright and silky with fresh orange and a hint of bourbon vanilla bean swirled into our award-winning 2023 Aimée Bollicine. Perfectly paired with a fresh strawberry shortcake crepe layered with orange zest and poppy mascarpone cream and buttery shortbread crumble.

Grapefruit Rosemary Mimosa paired with Green Goddess Chicken + Artichoke Crepe

Crisp, refreshing grapefruit juice and rosemary sprig meet our 2023 Aimée Bollicine, paired with a savory crepe filled with chicken, spinach, and artichoke in a light herb-kissed cream. Finished with creamy Green Goddess sauce and fresh spinach and artichokes.
