Dear central Arkansas, I am intentionally watering my garden tonight, specifically so it will rain tomorrow.

It has been tested and proven (by me) that if I do not water the garden because there is a chance of rain the next day, the rain will pass us by.

So in effort to break the drought, I am taking one for the team and watering tonight.

Y'all do your part and go wash your cars.

When I started my weight-loss journey, my BMI was 48.7. This put me in the morbid obesity category.

I am down 110lbs and have finally dropped out of the obesity category! I am now officially just plain old "over weight" at a BMI of 29.9.

Even when I hit my main goal (-20 more lbs), I will still be considered "over weight" by the BMI calculator, and I am 100% ok with that.

Happy and healthy is the ultimate goal.

Ben is about 3 years old, and I have never heard him make this sound. I can confidently say, he is flying high.
