Well another boat race weekend gone by
With a touch of bad luck in the first round of eliminations Sunday. On a good note we ate well... Thurs night rib eye steak, baked potatoes, salad. Friday morning started with potato, egg and cheese burritos with an early dinner with burgers seasoned with our new Smokehouse seasoning. Sat morn biscuits n sausage gravy on to early afternoon with 8 pounds of chicken wings on the BBQ seasoned with our new Sassy salt wit lemon (killer good) along with some real good chicken sausages . On to sat night dinner 18 pounds of pork butt seasoned with 822 and spicy sweet 16 went on to be smoked and cooked for 4 hours for some mighty tasty n moist pulled pork sandwiches with sides of slaw , beans and potato salad, all good except
For a lousy two buck part knocking out of the winners circle.

Latest news is some of the newer seasoning blends we a huge hit this weekend in Texas and we are waiting for the second order to be placed. Last month was showing that our customers are stocking up and doing more outdoor cooking as well. Thanks!!!

Some smokin' going on for the Memorial weekend...up at 2 AM and lit the BBQ to get a 12 pound brisket rubbed with 822 PLUS and it's out there gettin' some smoke time. 4 slabs pork ribs to hit the somker later on 2 with Original 822 and 2 with Spicey Sweet 16, going to be serving this up along with some Papa Dal's beans and some other sides to family and a group of good friends. I'll post some pics later.
