www.pegasustrainingcenter.com No wonder Dr. Dedomenico's philosophy and therapies provided by his expert staff have captured the attention of the equine world.

For the first time, after decades of research and careful planning, The Pegasus Training and Rehabilitation Center brings together the ultimate resources and equipment for "care without compromise" of the equine athlete. No other equine center in the world features the Pegasus combination of leading exercise therapies, advanced cross training equipment and cutting-edge medical treatments, which make the difference between early retirement and optimal peak performance. That's why trainers and veterinarians from Kentucky, Southern California and Canada refer their thoroughbreds to this beautifully appointed 100 acre center just outside Seattle, Washington. Pegasus is the vision of Dr. Mark Dedomenico whose medical background as a preeminent heart surgeon and his 40 years of experience in the equine business combine to create the realization of a dream: nothing has been left to chance. Every wish, every concern of today's horse trainer, owner and veterinarian has been carefully addressed in the planning and construction of this premier facility.

What a great evening hosting Evergreen Equine and all of their wonderful clients who were able to join us! 🐴✨
An evening filled with learning, conversation, and engagement—all centered around one shared goal: keeping our horses healthy, happy, and performing at their best.
We’re grateful for the opportunity to continue building this partnership and bringing our equine community together through education and collaboration.
Thank you to everyone who came out and made it such a great evening and special thanks to Helen Sims Dr. Brett Turi for their excellent presentation 💚🐎
Together, we’re always striving to do more for the horse.

Monday called. It wants to know why your horse isn’t at Pegasus. 😉🐴
Some horses start the week with a workout.
Some need a little recovery.
Some need both.
At Pegasus, Monday can mean training, conditioning, rehabilitation — or all three.
🏇 Track work
🏊 Swimming
💦 Underwater treadmill
⭕ Eurociser
Because around here, we don’t believe in a one-size-fits-all Monday.
What’s on your horse’s Monday agenda? 👇
