Cinder Butte Meat Company We are a locally owned and operated butcher shop. We sell local USDA meats along with butchering yours as you want it.

Our jerky, pepperoni and summer sausages are made on location and are locals favorites! They are also gluten free and low on nitrates. Our cherry smoked bacon has become popular locally and we strive for freshness and perfection. In addition, we can put together meat boxes with pork and beef products.

Smokin J’s BBQ is officially firing up the smoker and opening the service window! Wednesday, July 29th at 10:00 AM at Cinder Butte Meat Co. in Redmond, Oregon! 🍖

After a long startup journey, we are excited to finally bring our BBQ to the community. I would like to to give a huge thank you to everyone for your patience, encouragement, and support while we worked through the process of getting here. We truly appreciate everyone who has followed along and cheered us on!

For opening day, we’ll be serving up:
