Paris food and w**e!! 🙌🏻
We had the most incredible day tasting our way through Paris! There is so much to report and so much love to shout out- but first and foremost you need to know about my new friend Marion! Marion Cazes
Marion is quite possibly the most delightful person I have ever met. Her personality is infectious, and if you are ever in Paris, you MUST reach out to her. She took us to all her favorite places and by the end of the day we were w**e buddies 👯
My hope is to have “Marion nights” at the shop where we have a special French w**e & pairing night with help from the very best!
She first took us to her favorite macaron shop Pierre Hermé Paris
California has nothing on these! The freshness and flavor is unmatched.
Next, we went to an incredible chocolatier Patrick Roger
She blind tasted us on a couple, and I hit one right on the nose (basil&lime) Pricey, but seriously worth every penny. A true artist.
Next, an up and coming pastry chef hidden in a little alley Rocks
Difficult to describe, but so easy to enjoy! I’m not the biggest sweets person, but these were divine!
After all the sugar, we needed something else- croissants of course! Her local bakery Leonie Bakery Paris was perfect! Marion bought us a $1 traditional baguette for the next stop and told us never to buy a baguette in Paris unless it was “traditional” and never pay more than $1
She knew we had a w**e bar back home, and had to show us her favorite place PÉPITES Cave & Bar à Vin
Unfortunately, they were closed for a private event so we will just have to come back!
Lastly, the cheese&charcuterie at LaCoop_Paris
She told us all about raw unpasteurized cheese, and said we will never be able to truly enjoy French cheese in America because of this :(
I do have a small assortment coming home with me on the plane, but it will be gone quickly!
We parted ways after that, but she was eager to help us ship all of our amazing w**e from Spain! We later met up with her friend Elyse at Les Caves Duval et Blanchet and what another incredible connection! All of our w**es, including now so many new French naturals are headed home safely! ✈️

Mark your calendars! Saturday October 31st we will be celebrating our third Halloween at the Marsh Manor! Once again we will be pairing Halloween Candy with w**e on a special one night only tasting menu. What will you be dressed as? Or just as important, what will I be disguised as?!

What an incredible night! ✨⛈️
I made sure to research the best natural w**e bar in Barcelona once I got here, and there were just so many! The USA is only just catching on to what we know is amazing.
I found this place The Net Zero W**e Bar somewhat close to our hotel and saw they offered a w**e challenge tasting. Upon arrival, I had no idea the w**emaker/owner was going to be my server, let alone the man to make the most magical evening. He tasted me and my family throughout many of his incredible w**es and our evening was absolutely beyond what any Google rec could give.
Frances became my friend in one night. He drove us home to our hotel during an epic rainstorm. I wil cherish this memory and I have many bottles coming home to share with my family and my lucky customers.
When in Spain- this is a MUST visit! 🍷

Local musician Sean Biggar will be playing music out front from 4:00-6:00pm. I had the pleasure of hearing him sing and play guitar last night and lucky us- he’s coming to add to the festivities! Country Folk/Americana vibes! 🎶🤠
