Our first workshop was a success! Thank you to all of the amazing women who came to our very first workshop at ! It was a beautiful misty morning to fire up the stills ✨

We packed the stills, talked plants, had lunch in the sun, shared stories & breathing exercises and created tub teas & facial steams. Everyone left with lots of hydrosol, herbal goodies and worksheets to soak it all in at home.

Hello Redwood Valley!

Eliza Frey and I are hosting a workshop all about Hydrosols & Essential Oils! We will be distilling Eucalyptus and Yerba Santa to demonstrate the process of how essential oils & hydrosols are curated. Everyone will leave with fresh hydrosols, essential oil & herbal remedies.

March 9th @ 10am in Redwood Valley!
