We’re in Reed City and ready to go. Now’s the perfect time to make some tomato soup for the winter. Just roast your tomatoes with oil, salt, pepper, and whatever seasonings you enjoy. Mash everything with a potato masher part way through cooking. When most of the liquid is cooked down put everything through a food mill, or puree and force through a sieve. That’s it!
