Well, it's the end of another Monday in June and we are sure that you are wondering where the crew of the PMBC has been and where we will be this week.
Over the past weekend we were fortunate enough to help the Eichenberg and Eisler families and friends celebrate the lives of two wonderful people; Janet Eichenberg and Patsy Eisler. We thank you for allowing us the privilege of helping you celebrate.

We were also able to help two wonderful young people start their journey together on Friday evening, Abby and Donovin. WE wish you all the best.

So, this week, even though it's only Monday, we were able to welcome to Ferris, Shawn, the new Provost. Thank you for allowing the opportunity to welcome you to the area and Ferris's campus. We wish you all the best. GO DAWGS!!!!

This week, June 22nd through June 27th we will be in the BISTRO on Wednesday, June 24th to serve you lunch. The other days of the week have us on the road from Cadillac to Big Rapids and Ludington to Evart.

Please join us on Wednesday to say hello and let us know how you are doing. Hang in there cause July looks like we may be in house a little more during the week.

Good Wednesday evening. It's been an entertaining evening with many technical issues from not just one computer... So I'm late posting..

Tomorrow is Thursday and we will be open in the BISTRO, starting at 11am.

Homemade Cheeseburger Soup

Grilled Chicken ABLT on warm naan bread with avocado aioli, lettuce, tomato, crisp bacon, grilled chicken breast and fresh avocado. Served with crisp sidewinder fries and your choice of house salad or soup.

Chicken Quesadilla with spinach artichoke, crisp bacon crumbles, sauteed mushroom and shallot, lots melted mozzarella and fresh baby spinach. Served with tortilla chips, salsa, sour cream and your choice of house salad or soup.

Grilled Sirloin Salad on a bed of fresh romaine lettuce, with tomato, heard boiled egg, sauteed peppers and onion, avocado, Bleu cheese crumbles and garlic toast. Served with our warm bacon dressing on the side and your choice of a cup of soup or house garden salad.

Good Evening from the grounded crew of the PMBC!!! It's Monday evening and that means that the BISTRO will be open Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday starting at
11 am to serve you.

Homemade Vegetable Beef Soup will be simmering for you.

Toasted croissant sandwich with grilled Applewood smoked ham, lots of melted Swiss cheese, crisp bacon, honey mustard aioli, lettuce and tomato, along with a side of our crisp sidewinder fries. Your choice of house salad or soup of the day.

Grilled jumbo shrimp with our tomato, avocado, cucumber salad on a bed of romaine lettuce with a side of Lemon Ving. dressing. Finished with homemade garlic bread croutons and your choice of house salad or soup of the day.

And with that it's the end of another beautiful day in downtown Reed City...

Yes the BISTRO will be OPEN tomorrow, Thursday to serve you some deliciousness starting at 11am and serving only until 2pm. We are on the road again starting at 4pm to the MOISD in Big Rapids MI. We will not be in house on Friday as we are in Evart for the Grand Opening of the new apartment complex and over at beautiful Barothy Lodge for a group from Grand Rapids.

So tomorrow, how about some homemade Tomato Bisque with parmesan crisps for the soup of the day?

Let's do a Grilled Chicken ABLT on a toasted croissant with avocado aioli, crisp bacon, fabulous tomatoes, fresh avocado and romaine lettuce. Served with our sidewinder fries and your choice of house salad or soup of the day.

How about some Atlantic Cod Sliders on toasted brioche buns, with mayo, tomato, lettuce and tartar on the side. Sidewinder fries and your choice of house salad or soup of the day will be included.

So fresh peaches are in... A bed of baby spinach with grilled peaches, red pears,
black berries and blueberries, grilled jumbo shrimp, hard boiled egg, goat cheese crumbles and toasted pistachios with finish this healthy salad off. If you prefer feta or bleu cheese crumbles, just let us know. Your choice of dressing, and of course house salad or soup of the day accompany.

Good morning from the missing team at the PMBC on the corner of Upton and Chestnut in beautiful downtown Reed City.

Yes we have been off the radar for the past 4 weeks. Where have we been you ask? We have been from the campus of Ferris State University to the Croton Hardy Dam area, to Orvis in Baldwin more than once, to Cadillac and to beautiful downtown Lansing with Ferris for the legislature. Also all points in between.

The good news is that we will be open in the BISTRO on Friday the 22nd starting at 11 am and serving until 730pm. We are excited to be grounded for the day. June is looking like we will be in house a little more, too.

Come in and say hello, let us know how you're doing. What can we fix for you on Friday.
