Dog owners!! We are offering indoor arena time to let your dogs run during this cold snap! So if your high energy dog is driving you nuts, or you just need your dog to get out of your house and move, arena time may be the answer. Message to schedule a 30 or 60 minute arena session. Bring your own toys and p**p bags. Dogs must be leashed outside of the arena gate at all times andup to date on rabies vaccines. It is currently a toasty 28 degrees in our indoor.

Reminder to all horse folk: just because you are cold doesn’t mean your horse necessarily is. They are individuals just like us. Some need a blanket and some are happy without. Listen to your horse and he will tell you what he needs. My rule of thumb: shivering=blanket. All of our horses get extra hay to keep that internal furnace running smoothly and unlimited fresh, clean, unfrozen water. If you decide to blanket be sure to have the proper size and weight for the individual. This is not a one size fits all! Take it off to check for rubbing or sores daily and make sure all snaps/clasps are properly fastened and in good repair.
