We're excited to announce that The Patisserie cupcakes have officially landed at Shy Bear Brewing for their Father's Day Fiesta, and we're bringing a flavor that has developed something of a loyal fan club around here. 😉

🦖🌋 A Rawring Good Birthday Celebration

We wrapped up this dinosaur-themed cookie order over the weekend for an awesome brother and sister celebrating their birthdays together, and we think these cookies are sure to help them have a rawr-ing good time. 💚

One of our favorite parts of custom cookie design is finding ways to make each set feel personal, and this order gave us the unique challenge of creating two coordinating collections within the same party theme - each with its own personality while still fitting together perfectly.

From ✨ glittering dinosaur bones and lush tropical foliage, to 🌋 erupting prehistoric volcanoes and colorful flowers, every cookie was designed to bring a little Jurassic magic to the celebration.

To the birthday boy and girl: we hope you enjoy eating these cookies as much as we enjoyed creating them, and that your special day was filled with adventure, laughter, and plenty of dinosaur-sized fun! 🦕🎉

🎄✨ You Asked, We Listened! ✨🎄

Over the past few months, we've had quite a few people ask us the same question:
"Would The Patisserie ever offer a cookie decorating or cupcake decorating class?"

And after much consideration, we're excited to say...
The answer is yes! 🎉

This holiday season, we're planning to host our very first Beginner Cookie Decorating Class (sometime in November or December) and we'd love your help shaping the experience.

In true The Patisserie fashion, we believe the people who support our little bakery should have a say in what they'd like to see. 💕

The class will be approximately 2.5 hours long and designed for beginners, but before we finalize the details, we want to hear from you!

Attention all wives, husbands, and kids looking to treat Dad with something special this Father’s Day!

Shy Bear Brewing is having an amazing Father’s Day Fiesta with great food specials, golf simulators, and of course, our fan favorite Chocolate Bourbon Pecan cupcakes from us here at The Patisserie.

This amazing celebrating of dads starts at 10am on Sunday, June 21st, so mark your calendars and make your travel plans because this is not something you want the great guys in your life to miss out on.

Good morning and hope you plan to have a relaxing weekend heading into Father's Day. Speaking of, we will have a few different food specials. One is charcoal grilled (fire house style BBQ) chicken quarter platter with choice of two sides (bacon basted green beans, creamy boursin mac & cheese or coleslaw). 2nd special is a slow smoked/roasted, pulled pork sandwich topped with coleslaw and pickle chips on a farmhouse roll with fries. For dessert The Patisserie has made us some chocolate bourbon & pecan cupcakes. We open at 10am on Sunday which an hour earlier than normal to accommodate the brunch seeking crowd. Brunch items are available until 1pm. From 1-3pm, we are doing a closest to the pin competition with our new outdoor golf simulator set-up (more details on that later) and then from 4-6pm we have live music with Kinsey.
In addition to all of these events shown below that we're hosting in Lewistown, you can also find us serving all non-alcoholic beverages on Thursday for Mechanicsburg's 95th anniversary of Jubilee Day and the East Broad Top's Brews Train on Saturday

We’re still feeling giddy about how amazing this weekend was! Thank you so much to all of our amazing customers for supporting our little bakery here at The Patisserie.

We never imagined how quickly our small business would take off, so we had to pinch ourselves a little bit Saturday just to be sure it was real life and not just a dream😁

We got such good feedback from our customers about how much they appreciated the opportunity to purchase our products in single serving form so that they could sample all the different pastries and flavors that we offer.

So If you missed seeing us this weekend and still want the chance to try The Patisserie for yourself, then we have good news. We will be opening another booth space up for single serving desserts at Apple Fest at Bender Park in Reedsville on September 19th- just in time for us to bring out all of our fall flavors!

Closing out an incredibly busy weekend with one last baking session, and we couldn’t think of a sweeter way to end it than with this beautiful graduation cookie set. 🎓🌸

We loved bringing this design to life, inspired by vibrant pops of color, delicate florals, and the excitement of celebrating a very special graduate.

We’re back at Reedsville youth park until we are sold out. We still have Strawberry Streusel Cinnamon Buns and several varieties of our giant bakery style cookies left so come and get some while our supply lasts!

It’s been so wonderful seeing all of our amazing regulars and meeting some new faces today.

Due to the high temperatures and melt risk, we are closing up shop until 5:30 pm to give our sweet treats and chance to cool down. But, we will open back up for the evening.

Today is the day!

We’re all set up at the youth park in Reedsville at Angels from Bigfoot Country ‘s America 250 festival, part of Reedsville Community Days.

Come early while we still have plenty of gourmet cupcakes, streusel cinnamon rolls, macarons, and giant bakery cookies-they’re selling quickly!
