Today’s cookie spotlight is the ✨Carmel Apple Cookies✨ - my base Chocolate Chip cookie dough with hints of Granny Smith Apple chunks, Carmel, Nutmeg, and Cinnamon! It’s definitely a STICKY GOODNESS😋🍏

The Chocolate Chip Cookie Cheesecake Bars had a mind of their own in the oven and rose higher than normal. They will be a little on the thicker side! I did forget to put the chocolate drizzle on top.🫣
