FARM FACT TUESDAY!

It was a long weekend in the field side dressing nitrogen fertilizer on our corn. We apply half of our nitrogen right after planting and the other half when it’s 1 to 2 feet tall, when the corn needs it the most! It makes the timing more efficient and it’s better for the environment! 🌽

We have an announcement!!! 🐷

After spending nine years in one portion of the pig barn, we decided to make a few changes to their home! Today we continued cleaning out the farrowing house that was used in the 90s. Even though it is currently a work in progress, this will eventually become the Brisky Bacon barn!!!
