We raise Free-Range, NON-GMO eggs and Pasture-Raised chickens. None of our animals are feed any growth hormones, antibiotics or synthetic feed.

They are pasture-raised so the animals roam freely in their natural habitat. Summer/Fall Farmers Markets:

Remember those baby turkeys we got back in May?! Yes, this is them! They are growing and thriving outdoors. We have a small mix of broad breasted white and bronze breed turkeys, just like last year.

As soon as they see those bright yellow and orange feeding buckets they flock together and excitedly rush over to us. They know those buckets mean dinner (or breakfast) time! In conjunction with some of nutrients they naturally get from the outdoors from the sun, bugs and greens, they also receive a non-gmo project verified feed.

Farming (and running a business in general) with kids by your side isn’t always easy and it surely requires a little more patience. Daily chores can take longer, there are lots of snack and bathroom breaks, complaining sets in especially on hot days or doing messy tasks. But then there are the moments of joy in working together as a family and teaching them new things. They get to run around and play together in the fields, hold cute baby chicks, splash through the muddy puddles, and make memories.

They are still young and though they may see the farm as a “chore” at times, we hope one day they see the value and benefits of growing up on a farm. Along the way we are trying to teach them the value of growing your own food and working as a family toward a goal. As they get older we hope they look back and appreciate these moments.

That’s the sound of happy peeping chicks that graduated from the brooder to the grassy outdoor pasture. They need to live in the brooder for the first couple weeks because they need the constant heat source to help them regulate their own body temperature, as they are not able to do this during the first couple weeks. Now they are outside chirping away and foraging on their new grassy buffet.

Check your egg cartons and you may find some blue eggs! We have added a small number of Araucana chickens to our current flock, which are the lovely ladies that lay the beautiful blue eggs. They are just starting to lay so the eggs are currently just small pullet size eggs, but in the next few weeks they will come up in size. These eye catching blue eggs were always a customer favorite.

Check out this farm girl helping care for the broilers and moving their mobile shelter to fresh grass. Now that school is out the kiddos are a little more hands on at the farm. Today morning chores were a little more hot and humid, but it was followed by a hearty breakfast of pancakes, bacon, sausage and eggs - this was definitely their morning motivation to get through the morning chores and heat!

It’s that time of year again - Farmers Market Season! We are excited to be back into the swing of things and look forward to seeing all our great customer and friends again.....
This week is the opening for Plymouth Farmers Market and we will be there! It’s on Thursday, May 20th from 2:30 - 6:00pm. We are back outdoors on the grassy field at Plimoth Patuxet. Come join us and see the great line up of vendors!....
With the markets starting up, we have opened pre-ordering again for market pick-up. We are offering a NEW promotion - If you choose market pick up instead of home delivery you’ll receive 5% off your order. The order just needs to be $50 or more to receive the 5% discount. “I constantly go between wanting you to stay my LITTLE baby forever, and being EXCITED about all of the amazing things you'll do in this life.” - unknown .....
This past week we celebrated not one, but two special birthdays! Our oldest daughter Sienna turned 7 and our youngest, Brielle, turned 5. Our little girls are growing so fast and I constantly tell them that even when they get older and have their own babies that they will always be my babies. As much as I want to protect and keep them small forever, I am excited to watch them grow and I know they will do great things! ....
Their birthdays are three days apart so it’s a back to back celebration! Due to the times we are in, it’s another year without a big gathering with family and friends, but we tried to make it extra special for them. We took a trip to the zoo, had a bowling night, they got their nails done for the first time, a little shopping, lots of family time and some muddy puddle jumping on the rainy days. We ended the weekend with a small little get together with the grandparents filled with games, fun and laughter. The girls said it was the best birthday ever. My heart was happy that they were happy.❤️....

During the month of March we have been busy clearing land and thinning out some of our woods to make more space for livestock. Most days last month came with spring type weather and allowed us to get a lot completed. At first we thought about getting some hired help to get some clearing done faster, but thankfully our moms, dad and sister pitched in with us and we were able to get a lot done ourselves. Between cutting trees, cutting lotss of brush, picking up uncountable amount of sticks and wood, burning piles, it sure helped to have those extra helping hands. It’s great to know we have family we can count on. We aren’t done yet, but we are well on our way and grateful of what we accomplished so far.
