Crystal Creek Farm Welcome to our farm! Check out our upcoming shows under the events tab. Crystal Creek Farm first got it’s name back in 1995.

We offer boarding and riding lessons geared towards clients that wish to show at the local level with a clean and safe environment with top care. Larry and Gail Stanfield first started the farm when they built the rock column and the first 4 acre fence out in front of highway 87. They then added on to the farm when they built a 8 stall barn in 2005 and added another 14+ acre fence behind the barn. During all this time we have bought and sold many quality Quarter Horses. Showing has always been apart of the Stanfield family's lives, growing up In the early 2000's Gail Stanfield and Shesa Two Eyed Rose competed in the PHSC open Trail winning the grand title two years running. Along with showing many great halter horses. We are the home of Leo's Blue Eyed Blaze you can see him and the rest of our show team at any of our upcoming shows! Molly Stanfield, Gail and Larry's Oldest Daughter, is a graduate of NC A&T SU where she received her masters in Agriculture Education with a concentration in equine studies. While in collage, Molly rode for the university on the IHSA riding team making it to the regional championships. Along with Molly's accomplishments are several inside the show arena with her Paint gelding Leo's Blue Eyed Blaze. Born and raised on the farm and also trained by Molly. They have achieved several grand champion awards, year end awards and are going for their World title in the Ranch riding in 2017 at the Pinto World Championships in June. We have a wonderful boarding facilityOur team competes with the United horseman's Association of the Carolina's local open shows circuit and many of the large Open show circuits such as Holiday Classic.

Huge congratulations to Jenna Brown and Vido Barbarino on their recent success at the WDDA World Show! We are so proud to have been apart of your journey! Also a huge congratulations to owner Myra and Charles Daniel for the opportunity

**From her mom Melissa: Thank you to the 2026 Western Dressage World Championship Show in Oklahoma for the opportunity to be a part of this year’s show. Mr. Vido Barbarino overcame an injury from last year and even when tired at the end of the week he kept working for this young lady.

4th overall in her division Basic Level
8th overall in her Level 1 division
Top 5 in 5 classes
Top 10 in every class

Thank you to Noelle Salmons at Balanced Equestrian for teaching proper movement this year, for encouraging Jenna to do her best and have fun! To Amanda Delgado for being the inspiration to try Western Dressage, giving tips on movements to help you and your horse be great partners, to Molly Green for giving first lessons, teaching form, presentation and continuing our love for beautiful sparkly clothes. Thank you to Chris Clodfelter for talking to these girls about horses and trying to keep their dad with a little money in his wallet. Thank you to Dean Hamlin for taking care of Vido’s shoes so he is always ready to ride. To Allyson Brown for the countless hours of riding together and taking care of the farm. Thank you to Charles and Myra Daniel for allowing our family to care for and ride Mr. Vido Barbarino this year. You both have been a blessing and wonderful cheerleaders to our family.

All strive for the blue ribbon but we have learned that character building and resolve usually comes from the colored ribbons that are earned below those blue ones. We will continue to strive to ride with excellence and give God all the Glory for Great things He has done.
