Tonight we had the opportunity to share in the joy of 2 hearts coming together as one. We were able to cook for the rehearsal dinner tonight. Was an amazing night. Thank you to Angel and Leon for trusting us to provide the food.

Alright folks some changes currently happening here around the pit. Our rub label is getting a face-lift. It is time to make some upgrades to our label and it will officially be launched in the near future. This us just the proto type of it and once it is fully released we will be sharing it.

And the catering continues. It's 7am and we've been busy. Left the catering job from last night and headed to our church to begin the cook for a missions fundraiser at Lebanon Baptist in greensboro. Slaw is made butts are killing time in a hot smoke bath and well we have had about 4 hours of rest before getting up and killing it. We will be serving around 250 following services. Come see us and enjoy a plate of good ol preachers bbq
