It’s dairy month! Come alongside two of our children and milk one of our cows.

Answering a couple of questions-
•We are currently milking three cows
•We milk in stainless steel containers or food grade- it depends on the cow and their teats
•We make our on fly spray (nothing harsh for our girls), clean them, dry them and do test squirts before milking
•We double filter milk
•Yes our other animals get milk- it keeps them healthy!
•Yes we sell A LOT of milk weekly.

How much milk do you think she produces in her first lactation with once a day milking?

We milk in a stainless steel bucket and pour into food grade buckets (with lids) to keep germs out. Plus, we double filter all milk. Only clean practices around here ♥️
