We appreciate your continued support of our small business. We would like to address some recent confusion experienced by new customers regarding our ordering process.
To place an order:
• Please reply directly to the original thread.
• Submit payment via CashApp or Zelle.
• You will receive a confirmation once your payment has been processed.
Please note that any orders without confirmation are considered unpaid and will be cancelled at 12:00 p.m. on the Friday prior to the event. Payment upon pickup is not accepted.
All of our meats are sourced from local farmers and butchers, and we adhere to their ordering procedures to ensure the highest quality and freshness. While this may result in slightly higher costs, we strive to avoid passing these on to our customers. We kindly request your cooperation in following our established ordering process.

Brisket is back!!
We are taking orders for full pans (whole brisket) or 1/2 pans (1/2 brisket). We can only accommodate these sizes due to limited space and time.
Also on the menu:
Stl Ribs: $25.00 per rack
Beef Ribs: $35.00 per rack
Lambchops: $35.00 per rack
Oxtails: $40.00
Wings: $25.00 for 10 whole wings
Leg Quarters: $25.00 (4-5)
Salads with BBQ Smoked Chicken: $25.00 (Orders must be placed by 4:00 pm on Friday, 5/23/25)
Smoked MAc and Cheese: $10 (small) $15 (large)
Potato Salad: $10 (small) $15 (Large)

1. Please be aware of the deadlines for the orders.
2. We cannot accommodate larger orders after the deadline.

Brisket is back, but only for a limited time. We are taking orders for full pans (whole brisket) or 1/2 pans (1/2 brisket). We can only accommodate these sizes due to limited space and time.

Beef Ribs: $35.00 per rack
Lambchops: $35.00 per rack
Wings: $25.00 for 10 whole wings

Whole Wings: $175.00
Leg Quarters: $150.00 (will be split into legs and thigh pieces)
Beef Brisket: $275.00 (full pan); $175.00 (1/2 pan)
Beef Ribs: $225.00
Lambchops: $275.00
(Orders must be placed by Thursday, 5/22/25)
